Alas, I’ve discovered that The Range (A chain of stores that sells random crap, to be honest) also stocks a multitude of rubber stamps and ink pads. All really cheap. Need I say more?

Swap package from Emily
LOVE IT! There’s a fabulous dress pattern, (I’ve never used a pattern before so I’ll have to practise before I get my teeth into that bad boy!) some fat quarters that are perfect, Sugar ‘n’ Cream yarn in a beautiful blue colourway, cherry print stockings (brilliant!), a tub of Oreos (Not pictured; *wipes crumbs from mouth*) and my favouritest bit - the bag. WOW! It’s so beautifully made and it’s the perfect size and shape to carry my WIPs on the bus to and from college every day
Sorry but I always get terribly gushy about swap packages. Anyway, THANK YOU EMILY!
Progress has been surprisingly quick on this. That or the buses are just getting slower and slower these days. I’ll be at the decreases in a jiffy, and then on to the picking up of 46914863 stitches. I HATE picking up stitches.
My new college friend Gaenor crochets hats, you see. So she’s started me off crocheting now. I think I’ve reached the start of the decreases but I have no idea what to do now, so I’ll have to wait ’til Monday morning and ask her to sort it out! Anyway yes, it isn’t turning in to a triangle, which is excellent news. All my crochet attempts up ’til now have ended in tears and triangles.
Lots of people at college have started knitting - someone suggested I start a knitting group!

What a great haul. That dress pattern looks great. I think I need to find one like it.

Yeah! I am so glad it arrived and you like it =)
I have considered starting a knitting group, but everyone I know who knits isn’t interested in really furthering what they know… which is garter stich O_o
Oh well, maybe I can convince a few of them to branch out a little.
